I am giving open permission for characters to deduce, based on appearance/voice, that Kotetsu is Wild Tiger, even though he will be using two separate comms and do his best not to do anything Wild Tiger-related without at least his domino mask on.

However, I ask that he not be publicly outed or announced as such. If people want to tease him, drop hints, etc, that's fine, but openly declaring "hey you're Wild Tiger" I would prefer kept behind private filters or in-person.

His power shouldn't require any permissions. It does, however, include enhancing his hearing and sight in addition to strength, endurance, stamina, and speed, so if you want to play with that, poke me! Consider this an all-purpose contact post to plot with Kotetsu.
